Privacy policy

Information on your device

CharmDraw can store charm names, notes, categories, and profile pictures you choose to add; saved quick-pick formats; upcoming, completed, favourite, and won draw records; and app preferences such as your preferred start screen.

This information stays on your device. The current app has no account system, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK, and does not send this information to the developer.

Photos and camera

CharmDraw accesses a photo or camera image only when you choose the gallery or camera action. The image is resized and stored locally in the app. The app does not request continuous camera access or upload your image to a developer-operated server.

Web image URLs

If you choose a secure web image URL, the image loads directly from the website you selected. That website may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and device details, under its own privacy policy. CharmDraw does not control or receive that information.

Sharing and sale

The current app does not sell personal information or share locally stored charm, photo, or draw information with the developer or advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Your information remains on your device until you delete it in CharmDraw, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for CharmDraw's private app data.

Lottery information

CharmDraw is an entertainment and organization tool. It does not predict or influence lottery results, sell tickets, accept wagers, manage winnings, or connect to a lottery operator. You are responsible for following local laws and playing responsibly.

Children

CharmDraw is not directed to children.

This website

This website does not ask you to create an account or enter charm or draw information. It does not use advertising or analytics tools. The hosting provider may process standard connection information needed to serve and protect the site.

Changes

This policy may change if the app's features or data practices change. The latest version will show its effective date here.
